What to Expect

Postnatal recovery classes are designed for mothers at any stage after birth — whether you're six weeks or six months postpartum. Every session begins with a body scan and gentle warm-up to meet you where you are.

The core of each class focuses on rebuilding deep abdominal strength, restoring pelvic floor function, and releasing tension from the neck, shoulders, and back.

Babies are always welcome. We build in moments for feeding, soothing, and bonding on the mat. Classes close with guided relaxation to help you recharge.
