What to Expect

Each prenatal yoga class begins with a gentle check-in so your instructor understands how you're feeling that day. Every session is tailored to the room, with modifications for each trimester.

Classes include a warm-up, a flowing sequence of standing and seated poses designed to strengthen the legs, open the hips, and support the spine, followed by guided breathing exercises.

We close with deep relaxation and guided visualization, giving you space to connect with your baby and leave feeling calm and energized. No prior yoga experience is needed.
